The Concierge Call Center is seeking a Full-Time agent to join our staff of professionals! Come join us in our new location in Beaumont Centre Circle and be a part of our growing team!

A Day In The Life Of

  • Receive inbound calls from orthodontic patients- in a high call volume setting
  • Professionally communicate with patients and orthodontic teams, in various office locations
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
  • Collect new patient information and track in office management system, with accuracy
  • Resolve patient inquiries/concerns regarding orthodontic treatment
  • Travel to an office location twice a month to enhance your understanding of in-office operations and patient flow, while strengthening your identity within WGM and enriching the patient experience!
