Full-Time or Part-Time Position 

Schedule Options: 

• Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 

• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week 

• On-site position (remote work not available) 

PepperPointe Marketing Department seeks a creative and detail-oriented junior-level graphic designer to support the needs of our dental and orthodontic practices through compelling visual content creation. This role collaborates with Marketing Managers, Creative Director, and Social Media Strategist to develop a wide range of marketing materials. 

• Create engaging designs for various practice creative needs, including but not limited to, community advertising, banners, promotional flyers, office materials, delivery tags, event collateral, email graphics, and presentation decks 

• Work primarily in Canva while developing additional skills in Adobe Creative Suite  (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) through mentorship from Creative Director on high-level projects 

• Maintain brand consistency across all materials while meeting quick-turn deadlines 

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions 

• Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms 

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy 

• Strong time management capabilities 

• Ability to adapt quickly and respond positively to feedback 

• Natural eye for design and creative problem-solving 

*Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required 

Education: 

• Obtained (or seeking a) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
