The Opportunity

Pay- $17-$19 per hour DOE.

The PepperPointe Receptionist is the first point of contact for our company.  Duties include offering administrative support across the organization, and welcoming guests who visit our office. This person will be responsible for answering the phones and providing excellent customer service.  

A Day In The Life Of

 

  • Greet all visitors warmly and encourage them to sign in on the visitor log, facilitating connections with the appropriate PepperPointe team members.
  • Accept and organize deliveries and mail, ensuring that everything is promptly distributed to the correct recipients.
  • Help keep our beverages and snacks well-stocked each day to enhance the guest experience.
  • Take the initiative to remove trash and boxes for disposal daily, helping to maintain a clean and tidy space for everyone.
  • Restock restroom supplies as needed to ensure comfort and convenience for all visitors and staff.
  • Other duties as assigned to help maintain a positive atmosphere and engage our visitors effectively.

What You'll Bring To The Table

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service orientation  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; listening skills are essential while remaining open to other ideas and trying new things.  
  • Conducts self with professionalism and in a tactful manner, treating others with respect and consideration.  
  • Follow through on commitments.  
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) 
  • Professional attitude and appearance 
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 
  • Customer service attitude 
  • Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner; gathering and analyzing information skillfully, developing alternate solutions 
  • High school diploma or GED.
