The Executive Assistant supports the CEO primarily and provides additional support to the executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently. This role is shared across the C-suite and is responsible for managing priorities, schedules, communications, and projects that span multiple executives , often acting as a trusted right-hand to the executive team.  

 

A Day In The Life Of

 

  • Manage the CEO’s professional and personal scheduling, including calendar coordination, email and correspondence, phone communications, client interactions, and company-related logistics. 
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for several executives, as well as content and flow of information. 
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for executive meetings, as needed. 
  • Coordinate logistics for executive team events, offsites, and stakeholder meetings, as needed. 
  • Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals. 
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support (including typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, maintenance of filing system, and contacts database) to the CEO and all C-suite executives, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple leaders. 
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials 
  • Anticipate needs and proactively create solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the executive team. 
  • Compose and create News Articles in internal company communication hub, The Pointe, on behalf  of the CEO and/or other C-Suite leadership team members. 

What You'll Bring To The Table

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

We’d Love It If You Also Have  

 

Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Front Office Representative, Administrative Assistant or similar role is also preferred.
