PepperPointe Partnerships, is a leading Dental Support Organization (DSO) that services 140+ practice locations (Orthodontic, Pediatric, and General) throughout Kentucky and Virginia.
Our goal is to unite doctors to protect patients through personalized care. The Area Manager will develop, strengthen, then accentuate operational components, and team dynamics. Throughout each practice within the assigned territory, they’ll work to increase productivity, profitability, and success, while supporting each location’s provider(s) and team of talented and skilled employees to become the best version of themselves professionally and personally.
To be successful in this role, the Area Manager must ensure quality of operations and customer service, inspire each dentist and their team members to give their all, and identify and act on performance deficiencies. Ideal candidates are ambitious, performance-oriented and driven with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
Must be able to travel daily, to offices within assigned territory and/or PepperPointe Partnerships office.
Overseeing the operational support of 10 to 14 assigned dental offices
Ability to analyze business reporting and create recommendations, action plans, processes and resources to support assigned territory
Monitor the P&L statements for each supported practice and develop effective recommendations to support each practice to achieve their goals
Support daily office operations within the region as necessary
Provide training and development support to offices and teams as necessary
Primary point of contact between assigned offices and PepperPointe Partnerships
3+ years of dental business management experience (required)
Dental office process development and implementation experience preferred or experience with dental office process execution
Multi-site dental office management experience (preferred)
Knowledge of dental industry standards and trends
Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others.
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Experience with dental practice management software, preferably Dentrix Ascend
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of basic computer operating systems, such as Windows
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build a comfortable and approachable relationship with doctors and team members
